Rukia Kuchiki is a fictional character in the anime and manga series Bleach created by Tite Kubo. In the series, she is a Soul Reaper, in charge of slaying and eradicating corrupted souls called Hollows, whose unfortunate fate lies destined for ruthless killing and feeding off of living beings.
Rukia Kuchiki's Bankai is named Hakka no Togame (白霞罸), which translates to "White Haze Punishment" or "Censure of the White Haze". Revealed in the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, this ice-type Bankai transforms her into an ice-like figure, allowing her to freeze targets within a massive radius to absolute zero.
